Founder & CEO
Gonzalo Miranda is the Founder & CEO of MGQ, a luxury amenity management and lifestyle company dedicated to elevating residential communities through exceptional hospitality, wellness, and operational excellence.
A former professional athlete with more than three decades of experience in high-performance environments, Gonzalo is a National Swimming Champion, Rowing Champion, World Championship Stand-Up Paddle (SUP) competitor, entrepreneur, and business executive. His career has been defined by discipline, leadership, and an unwavering commitment to excellence principles that continue to shape the vision and culture of MGQ.
To complement his extensive leadership experience, Gonzalo completed the Harvard Business School Credential of Core Business Essentials, an executive program focused on Business Analytics, Business Strategy, and Financial Accounting. This education strengthened his strategic decision-making and financial expertise, enabling him to combine operational excellence with data-driven business leadership.
Throughout his career, Gonzalo has successfully led teams, developed innovative wellness programs, and built operational systems that integrate luxury hospitality with measurable business performance. His expertise spans luxury amenity management, resident engagement, wellness programming, spa operations, hospitality services, and organizational leadership, helping residential communities create environments where people feel healthier, more connected, and genuinely valued.
As a father and lifelong athlete, Gonzalo believes that great leadership is built on integrity, consistency, accountability, and the ability to inspire others. His vision for MGQ extends beyond managing amenities, it is about creating exceptional experiences, building vibrant communities, and delivering a level of service that sets a new standard for luxury residential living.
